Sleep Tips for New Moms (VIDEO)

If you're a new mom with a new baby, chances are that you're not getting a lot of much needed sleep. After all, you've just given birth and your baby needs to feed often and sometimes wakes up a few times during the night. But, you don't have to become zombie mom. There are ways to catch up on sleep, while in postpartum and with a new baby. I've shared three easy tips in this video.

I hope these tips help you in getting rest with your new baby. In the meantime, nourish your body, drink plenty of water and don't be shy to ask for the help you need.
