Wetbags and Diaper Pail Liners

This is where dirty cloth diapers go! You'll need a wetbag and/or diaper pail when cloth diapering to place your dirty diapers until it's time for washing. You'll also need a smaller wetbag to use when out and about with baby.

While you can get by with one wetbag or pail liner, having two means you have one to wash and one to use. I've found this to be so much more convenient.

Wetbag or Diaper Pail?

A lot depends on the space you have available. For example, a hanging wetbag can be hung on a hook or door knob. A diaper pail takes up more room since you have to have enough space for a 13 gallons size garbage can.

Another deciding factor is the quantity of cloth diapers each holds. A diaper pail holds more than than a wetbag.

Which keeps smells in better?

Actually, they both do! We've used both diaper pails and wetbags while cloth diapering our three kids and both wetbags and diaper pails kept smells in equally.
