Returns

Shop risk-free! We accept returns for store credit within 30 days of purchase. Please call us us toll free at 1-800-560-9534 for returns. Returns must be in the same exact condition (unopened and unused) it left us for a full refund via store credit minus our actual shipping cost. Freebies and gifts must be returned brand new and unused with all tags and packaging intact if you are returning any part of an order. Because of the nature of our products, if we receive an item that is returned not in the condition (both item and packaging) it left us, we may refuse the return or charge a restocking fee. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return/exchange to be processed.

Exceptions:  Discounted and personal care items are final sale - no returns will be accepted on items bought discounted and/or personal care items. For defective items,  please contact us and we'll help connect you with the manufacturer and in some cases we'll communicate in your belalf.

Classes and Events

Classes and events payments are refundable up to three days before the event takes place. After this time, classes and events are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Due to our changing inventory we do not accept exchanges. If you'd like to return an item, please see our return policy above.

Ordering

We accept orders online, via the telephone or via mail. We use a private secure SSL so that our customers can shop safely and confidently. A SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. You'll receive an order confirmation email once your order goes into processing and again once it's shipped. You'll be able to track your package through your customer account.

Discount Codes

Occasionally we run promotions through our community links or advertising using discount codes. Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions. Discount codes are not valid on already discounted (includes sales, clearance and diapering packages, which are all already discounted) items and may be limited to one use per household. Due to manufacturer agreements discount codes (except for FREESHIP) cannot be used with Beco, Babyhawk or Sakura Bloom.

Shipping within the USA

Orders over $99 ship free economy shipping at checkout with code FREESHIP. As noted above, discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions. We offer both economy and expedited shipping options. Once shipped, please allow 10-14 days for economy shipping to arrive to you and 3-5 days for Expedited (unless there's a postal related delay). Insurance is extra and may be selected during checkout. Insurance is optional and available for purchase with every order. Please enter a correct address when ordering, as we are not responsible for incomplete or wrong addresses.  If you'd like it shipped Express or overnight, please contact us.

International Shipping

We apologize, but at this time we are not shipping outside the USA.

Payment

Payment is processed through a secure network. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card, as well as Pay Pal payment.

Inventory

We do our best to make sure to have our online inventory up-to-date, but it's also possible that something you ordered ends up not being in stock. Once we reach your order number, we'll email or call you to offer you a substitute product/color or offer a full refund for that item.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are issued via email directly to the recipient's email address. Gift certificates are transferable. The full value of the gift certificate must be used when making a purchase. Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash and returns of goods purchased with a gift certificate are refunded via store credit.
