Payment Methods

Granola Babies accepts credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) as well as PayPal. All transactions occur through our secure checkout, which protects your personal and financial information.

Returns Policy

All clearance sales are final and cannot be returned.

If you find any item to be defective or unsatisfactory, please let us know at once. We will do everything we can to correct the matter.

Refunds may be issued (minus shipping) for unused and unwashed items when the following conditions are met:

1 - We will only accept unused and unwashed merchandise in its original packaging. All tags must be attached to the item.

2 - Returns must be made within 30 days of our shipping and no reimbursement will be made of shipping charges.

3 - Returns must be pre-authorized by contacting Granola Babies in advance to arrange for a return. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your returned items.

4 - If the original order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping charges will be deducted from the amount credited back to the customer.

5 - All refunds are subject to a 5% re-stocking fee. Items purchased with free shipping will be refunded minus the shipping cost and the re-stocking fee.

6 - Returns must be in resalable condition (no pet hair, smoke, perfumes, lotions, cigarette odors, detergent odors, essential oils, etc).

7 - Any used or damaged merchandise returned to us will be held until the customer pays for shipping the item back to them or 30 days whichever comes first.

8 - All items must be accompanied by the original receipt or packing slip.
