How soon will my order ship?
Economy orders are processed for shipping within 2-4 postal days. Expedited orders are processed for shipping within 1-2 postal days.However, we're a family with small kids, so there may be times when orders ship a day or two later than expected.

When will my order arrive?
You should receive your order within 1-4 days for expedited shipping and within 6-10 for standard shipping. International orders arrive within 3 weeks, depending on the country. We use either USPS or FedEx Smartpost for shipping.

I don't like the item/ it's not the right size/ I don't like the color, can I return it?
Short answer is yes. You can return items within 30 days of purchase.  Please see the return policy for details.

How do I track my order?
Once logged into your customer account, please click on "Your Account" and your order and tracking information will be under "Order History".

Is the site safe for me to shop?
