Action: Indigestion. It has also been used as a treatment for problems with the stomach, lungs, heart, mouth, and throat--again without scientific validation. Raspberry leaf tea was a traditional folk remedy for many kinds of ailments including mouth sores, stomachache, and complications of pregnancy. The main active ingredients are tannins and vitamin C.

Dose: Take two to five times per day, take 30 to 40 drops in a little water. Shake well before using.
