Age/Weight Recommendation:

For young babies you might need the Ergo Insert or a rolled up receiving blanket (to place at the base of the carrier for added height). But, with most babies after 8-10 lbs you can use the Ergo Baby Carrier with no insert and placing baby upright (best way to carry babies). Around 4-5 months your baby can be worn in the Ergo Baby Carrier with legs out on each side of the carrier. The Ergo Baby Carrier can be used with children up to 45 lbs of weight.

How does the rental work?

• Rent a baby sling for up to 2 weeks from the date it arrives.
• After 2 weeks, simply ship it back to Granola Babies (we recommend using insurance). Once it's here, you'll receive store credit to use at Granola Babies for your deposit, minus the actual shipping we paid to ship the baby carrier to you. In other words, free shipping does not apply to rental baby carriers.

Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a rental carrier, you agree to these terms and conditions

• Once the baby carrier is received back to us, you'll receive a gift certificate for the deposit of one of the rentals you made and a refund for any others. Gift certificates don't expire, so you can take your time using it.
• At this time, we are only shipping rentals to customers within the USA (including APO addresses). Mostly because it costs you too much to have to pay shipping to you and then back to us.
• Please be sure to ship it in time so it gets here within 3 weeks of date received by you. There's a late fee of $10/week (minimum of one week fee) if it's not received (here physically, not just in transit to us) within 3 weeks of date received. We usually have at least one person waiting for some of the rentals to come back.
• Normal wear is expected, but tears or damages to the baby carrier will be charged a fee.
• Please don't wash the baby carrier  - we'll wash it once it's here. Spot clean as needed with free and clear detergent.
• Sorry, but we can't rent to smokers - both indoors and outdoors smokers.
