On children essential oils should be dliuted 1% (1 oz of jojoba, coconut or almond oil to 5-6 drops of the essential oil). On adults it's recommended to dilute 2% (1 oz of jojoba, coconut or almond oil to 10-12 drops of the essential oil).

• Anti Bacterial: It is said that wherever Mother Nature gave the diseases, she gave the cures there itself.
