What’s a safe carrying position?

So, you’ve done a carry in your baby carrier and wonder if it’s a good carry? Here’s a quick check list of what to look for in a safe carrying position.

  • Baby’s face is visible while carried
  • Airway is clear
  • Baby’s chin is not pressed against his chest
  • Baby’s bottom is at or above your belly button
  • Baby’s bottom, back & neck should be supported
