How does the rental work?

• Rent a baby sling for up to 2 weeks from the date it arrives.
• The $10 charge at rental check out is the shipping fee.
  
• After 2 weeks, simply ship it back to Granola Babies (we recommend using insurance). Once it's here, you'll receive store credit to use at Granola Babies for your deposit. 

Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a rental carrier, you agree to these terms and conditions

• Once the baby carrier is received back to us, you'll receive a gift certificate for the deposit of one of the rentals you made and a refund for any others. Gift certificates don't expire, so you can take your time using it.
• The $10 you pay with your rental is the shipping fee and it's non-refundable.
• At this time, we are only shipping rentals to customers within the USA (including APO addresses). Mostly because it costs you too much to have to pay shipping to you and then back to us.
• Please be sure to ship it in time so it gets here within 3 weeks of date received by you. There's a late fee of $10/week (minimum of one week fee) if it's not received (here physically, not just in transit to us) within 3 weeks of date received. We usually have at least one person waiting for some of the rentals to come back.
• Normal wear is expected, but tears or damages to the baby carrier will be charged a fee.
• Please don't wash the baby carrier  - we'll wash it once it's here. Spot clean as needed with free and clear detergent.
• Sorry, but we can't rent to smokers - both indoors and outdoors smokers.
